Africa Code Academy — Palo Alto, CA (Remote)

• Building Sammy 2.0, an AI-driven marketing platform, solo end-to-end: users create campaigns, the platform generates social media content for review/approval, then auto-schedules approved posts across X, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook at optimal send times. Built with Next.js, Node.js, Express, and TypeScript.
• Developed RiskFlow, a risk management platform enabling users to register, score, respond to, and track organizational risks, as one of 2 engineers, using React, Node.js, Express, TypeScript, Docker, and Azure.
• Built Ikgobokanyetso, a React Native/Expo mobile app that lets farmers track inventory across feed, produce, and livestock, as one of 2 engineers.
• Shipped FarmAI, a marketplace connecting farm product sellers with buyers, working across the full stack (React, Node.js, Express, TypeScript, Docker, Azure) on a 4-person team.
• Started as an intern (Jun–Nov 2022) before converting to a full-time engineering role in Jan 2023.

Business Expo — South Africa (Remote)

• Built a brand asset generation and management system for creating customizable business documents including invoices, letterheads, CVs, and business cards.
• Implemented brand-specific customization, allowing users to modify asset designs and apply brand colors consistently across all generated documents.
• Developed user and brand profile management, enabling users to create and manage multiple brands from a single account.
• Built meeting scheduling functionality and a notification system to keep users informed of relevant platform activity.
• Contributed to a centralized platform for businesses to manage brand identity and essential business documents end-to-end.

Scratchpower — Gaborone, Botswana

• Wrote unit and integration tests for backend services built with Spring and Spring Boot, improving test coverage and catching regressions before release.
