Case Study
Biznesxpo
Business Branding & Document Management Platform
Full-Stack Engineer
Overview
Biznesxpo is a platform that allows businesses and individuals to create, manage, and organize branded business documents and assets. The platform supports multiple brands per user, with each brand having its own collection of documents and assets.
What I Worked On
I worked as one of two developers on the product, contributing heavily to both the frontend and backend. One of my major responsibilities was building business document assets from existing designs. I recreated 100+ document designs in code, including assets such as:
- CVs / resumes
- Letterheads
- Business documents
- Social media assets
- Other branded business materials
These documents could then be associated with users and their individual brands.
User & Brand Architecture
I also worked on the system that manages users and multiple brands. A user can:
- Create a personal profile
- Create multiple brand profiles
- Have user-specific documents
- Have separate documents for each brand
- Manage each brand's assets independently
This required designing the application around the relationship between users, brands, and their respective assets.
Meetings & Integrations
Users could also schedule meetings directly from the platform through integrations with:
- Google Meet
- Zoom
- Microsoft Teams
Technical Challenges
One of the most interesting parts of the project was building a system that made it easier to create and maintain new branded document types.
Rather than treating every document as an isolated feature, I worked on creating a more reusable approach for generating different types of brand assets.
I also worked on the platform's real-time notification system, using Socket.IO and Redis.
Impact
Biznesxpo is deployed and has been used by 100+ users. The project gave me extensive experience building a production business platform involving document generation, multi-brand data structures, real-time functionality, third-party integrations, and cloud infrastructure.
